Colours have inspired and accompanied me for many years on my way to artistic creation and therapeutic painting.
It is the joy, the power of colour, their vitality, their individuality, the vibrancy, it exudes… the “celebration” that happens when it meets other colours and transforms them, and transcends itself…
And it transforms us… offering us a great inner richness and nourishes our soul.
In 2013 I opened my small Art Studio em Barão S. João, Lagos / Algarve, where I create and develop my own artistic process as well as to accompany children and adults to find and express their creative potential.
It is very delightful to strengthen vitality and to balance life crises with the healing painting work.

Suitable for beginners and advanced, women and men who are looking for artistic inspiration and want to develop their own creative process.
In addition, a small group forms ideal conditions for this development.
Painting Atelier for the generation 70+ “Colour your life”
In a small group ( 3-5 participants) people of the 70+ generation - are invited to discover and express colours freely or with artistic guidance. Pictures from the past may turn up and the relation to the present can be expressed in a creative process.
Colour can enter into their lives and acts in a healthy and beneficial way.
Out on a walk, to draw and paint in Nature
Outside painting in the wonderful landscape oft he Algarve, together with a little group, 3-4 hours.
Walk with creative moments.
Art Therapy – Healing Painting
The intention is o create the experience of painting and colours as a source of energy, a transformative power for inner growth.
Through the exercises with colours and shapes, the forces of the Self can be harmonised and the potential of the self-healing force is stimulated. Through the artistic work, one’s own Self becomes vivid and leads through the art-therapeutic to deeper understanding and self-recognition.
Individual or group sessions for different ages.
There can be sessions for special subjects and intentions, like Social Painting for Groups or Partner.
